Landowner Assistance

Landowner Assistance for Reducing Wildfire Risk
GRANTS: Ashland Fire & Rescue does not currently have any individual grants for homeowners. We are applying for grants that could assist individual homeowners in this regard. Please check back at a later time for updated information.
HOME IGNITION ZONE RISK ASSESSMENTS: Also known as a Firewise Assessment, this assessment offers a 60-minute, one-on-one inspection around your home and property with a member of our staff to evaluate the wildfire risks within your home ignition zones.
This is a great opportunity to identify fire hazards, discuss options and address concerns specific to your home, property and immediate neighborhood. This service is free and currently available to all residents within the city limits of Ashland. Please call for more details.
