Homeless Services Masterplan Subcommittee

The Homeless Services Masterplan Subcommittee (HSMSC) is a subcommittee of the Housing and Human Services Advisory Committee.  The HSMSC is being created to develop a document that outlines the City’s role in providing and supporting resources and services and that address the issues of homelessness in the Ashland Community.  The objectives of the Plan are to produce a road map of the homeless response system; identify local strengths, weaknesses, and performance gaps. and to prepare a master plan to guide the City of Ashland's investment in homeless services.
