The City of Ashland does not own or manage housing units, but regulates the occupancy of specific units which are covered by the City of Ashland Affordable Housing program agreement. Applicants should fill out and submit this application only if they have been directed to by the property owner, property manager or the City of Ashland Housing Program Specialist. Please Call the City of Ashland Housing Program Specialist if you have any questions about whether you need to fill out this form. The City of Ashland does not income qualify applicants for Housing Authority, ACCESS, or Medford Better Housing owned and/or managed properties, nor does the City qualify applicants for the Housing Choice Voucher program (formerly known as Section 8) or any other HUD funded programs.
