  1. Public Hearing and first reading by title only of an ordinance titled, "An ordinance amending AMC Chapter 4.24 transient occupancy tax."
  2. Public Hearing and first reading by title only of an ordinance titled, "An ordinance amending AMC Chapter 6.04 business licenses."
  3. Public Hearing and first reading by title only of an ordinance titled, "An ordinance amending AMC Chapters 18.08, 18.24.030 and 18.28.030 of the Ashland Land Use Ordinance relating to the traveler's accommodations and short term home rentals in multi-family residential districts."
