INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETION OF APPLICATION FOR A
PLAZA USE PERMIT
Print and fill in the details on the form attached below and then either mail or drop off at 51 Winburn Way, or fax to (541) 488-5587 for approval. It takes, approximately, one week to process a Plaza Use permit request. The completed and signed application will act as your permit and will be forwarded to you once the signatures are received.
The attached Plaza Use Policy explains all rules and requirements for use of the Plaza. Please note: No amplification of any kind is allowed on the plaza and performance events may last no longer than 2 hours. Also, in the event the Police Department has to intervene, the permit will be voided and the event will not be allowed to continue.
