The City of Ashland provides electricity, water and sewer to all Ashland households. All services are included in one monthly billing statement. Ashland customers may also sign up for internet service through Ashland Fiber Network or AFN. If you select AFN as your internet provider, this service will be included in the same utilities monthly billing statement. (Learn about AFN.)

Your monthly billing statement can be paid in a variety of ways:
Pay your bill online via Munis, Ashland’s Customer Central Website
Make a payment at the City Utilities Kiosk (Credit card or exact cash accepted — You will need your account number and your customer number)
The payment drop box at the corner of City Hall, 20 E Main St in Ashland
The white payment drop box on the Plaza in downtown Ashland (drop box is adjacent to the mailbox on the Plaza)
Pay by phone at 541.488.6004 — You will need your account number and your customer number, press option one (1)
