On Thursday, January 7th, the Ashland Forest Resiliency Partners will continue a controlled burn off upper Wagner Creek Road, west of Ashland near Talent. No trails or roads will be closed; however, there could be some smoke around upper Wager Creek Road. AFR Partners have finished burning on 139 acres this week due to the favorable weather conditions. Crews with Lomakatsi Restoration Project and Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest will continue working on additional projects as weather permits.
