In person customer service opportunities with the City of Ashland

The City of Ashland is set to expand opportunities for in person customer service

The Grove in Ashland
The Grove located at 1195 E Main St 
The following City facilities are open now, or set to open by the date provided:
  • Ashland Police Department, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with officers available 24-7 via the call box near the front door. The police station is located at 1155 E Main St.
  • Ashland Rotary Centennial Ice Rink will open for the season on November 18 and remain open through early February 2024. Hours of operation vary – Please check the website for the daily schedule.
  • Ashland Senior Center, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Senior Center is located at 1699 Homes Ave.  
  • Community Development, beginning October 1, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Community Development is located at 51 Winburn Way.  
  • North Mountain Park Nature Center, on Tuesdays only from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Nature Center is located at 620 N Mountain Ave.
  • The Oak Knoll Golf Course is open 7-days per week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (hours vary by season). The Golf Course is located at 3070 Hwy 66.
  • The Grove is open for Ashland Parks and Recreation business on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Grove is located at 1195 E Main St.
  • Utility Billing in The Grove, by October 20, on Fridays only from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Grove is located at 1195 E Main St.

MORE ON THE CITY OF ASHLAND UTILITY BILLING
To help reduce processing time, please consider these self-help options:
  • Online at ashland.or.us/Utilities
  • The City Utility Payment Kiosk located at the Ashland Civic Center at 1175 E Main St, next to the City of Ashland Police Department. The City Utility Payment Kiosk is available 24 hours per day, seven (7) days a week. To make a payment at the kiosk, customers will need their account number and customer number, both found on City Utility billing statements. The kiosk accepts cash, check or credit card and payments are processed immediately. (Please Note: For cash payments, change is not available)
  • The white payment drop box on the Plaza in downtown Ashland (drop box is adjacent to the mailbox on the Plaza)
  • Pay by phone at 541.488.6004. You will need your account number and customer number, both found on City Utility billing statements--- Press option one (1)
  • Mail your payment to 20 E Main St, Ashland, OR 97520
 
For information on Utility Assistance Programs, including ways to help others, please visit ashland.or.us/UtilityAssistance. Applications for ALIEAP are available online and (Ashland Low Income Energy Assistance Program) will be accepted through January 31, 2024.
