New Trail Opening in Ashland this Weekend

New Mt Bike Trail in AshlandThe Wasabi Mt Bike Trail

Ashland is welcoming a new addition to the trail network--- A spicy flow trail named Wasabi!  On Saturday, May 20, 2023, the Rogue Valley Mountain Bike Association (RVMBA), Ashland Parks and Recreation and the City of Ashland invite you to stop by and celebrate.

From 9 to 11 a.m. representatives will be set up at the bottom of the Wasabi Trail, near the Lower Wonder trailhead and parking lot (near the Swim Reservoir in Lithia Park). Refreshments will be provided, and we would love to hear your feedback on the trail.  The Wasabi trail is designed for beginners to intermediate bikers but is spicy enough for all riders to enjoy. There are three optional technical features for advanced riders.

We hope you will join us and try out the new addition to the trail network. Check out the Ashland Chamber of Commerce/Travel Ashland trails map at travelashland.com/ashland-map-guide. This map is a collaborative effort between the Travel Ashland, the Ashland Chamber of Commerce, the Ashland Woodlands and Trails Association, the Rogue-River Siskiyou National Forest and the City of Ashland.
