Emergency Inclement Weather Shelter Opening Wednesday March 9th
An Emergency Severe Weather shelter will be opening due to extreme weather conditions. The shelter will be opening on Wednesday March 9th, and Thursday March10th. The shelter will open its doors at 5:00 PM. The doors will close for the night at 9:00 PM with lights out at 10:00 PM, The doors will be locked from 10 PM to 6 AM the shelter will close for the day at 10:00 AM. The shelter will be located at Pioneer Hall, 73 Winburn Way, Ashland. Donations of clean blankets or sleeping bags that have been run through a hot dryer are welcome, please do not bring clothing or other items. Pets welcome.
This is a no frills shelter, please plan on providing your own bedding. The Shelter will be observing social distancing requirements. Masks will be required and are available on site. For questions or concerns Contact Avram Sacks at 541-220-7307.
