NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ashland Housing and Human Services Commission will meet at the Ashland Hills Inn and Suites, 2525 Ashland Street on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the goals of the Commission for the upcoming year.
At 1:00 PM the Commission will then reconvene at the OHRA Center, 2350 Ashland Street. This portion of the meeting is an educational tour of the new OHRA Center, to learn about the resource center and shelter operations at this new venue and to review the rehabilitation work which was funded with City of Ashland Community Development Block Grant funding.
At 2:00 PM the Commission will then meet at the Ashland Community Shelter, 2042 E. Main Street. The purpose of this meeting is to tour that facility and learn more about the work Rogue Retreat is doing throughout the valley, as well as how the Ashland Community Shelter operates and coordinates with other shelter and homeless service providers throughout the valley.
