The City Administrator has suspended all non-essential regular City Committee/Commission meetings beginning March 12, 2020, as a precautionary and preventive measure for COVID-19. Non-essential meetings are defined as anything not having a state or federal timeline for funding. As a result, most Commissions will not be meeting until further notice. The goal is to keep City employees healthy so that they can continue providing essential functions to our citizens.
Staff is currently working on the technical details of facilitating electronic meetings for the City Council and Planning Commission and that is the priority. Once that is worked out staff will turn efforts to helping facilitate regular Commission and Committee meetings as needed.
The powers, duties, and responsibilities of the Forest Lands Commission are:

Please remember that other than staff, the people listed below are volunteers working on behalf of our community and should only be contacted on matters related to their particular commission, committee or board.
