Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 8:1 5 a.m.
Timeline and Criteria for Selection of Art for Fire Station No.2
After reviewing the criteria stated in the RFP, the commission agreed to screen/evaluate criteria items 2, 3, 4 and 5 and ask the selection panel to evaluate criteria 1.
Items 2, 3, 4, and 5 will be screened as yes/no and item 1 will be discussions questions used by the selection panel to evaluate the submissions.
Seltzer will develop draft discussion questions related to Project Intent. PAC will review the questions prior to moving forward with the Selection Panel.
The award is to be made by September 1, so the PAC will likely start to solicit participants for the Selection Panel beginning in July.
