**Update**Upcoming street projects causing delays - August 8-9, 2018

**Update** The work along East Main Street will now begin on 8/8/18 and could last into 8/9/18.

Our Streets division has two upcoming road resurfacing/chip seal projects to be mindful of. The first will be on Scenic Drive from Nutley to Wimer on 8/7/18, there will be no on-street parking after 6:00 am and we ask adjacent property residents to suspend their irrigation overnight so this ensures the roadway is dry.

The other project will be on East Main Street from Walker to Lithia Way on 8/9/18 and also on 8/8/18 when Jackson County Roads chip seals their section, from the I5 overpass to Hwy 66. We ask adjacent property residents to suspend their irrigation overnight so this ensures the roadway is dry.

Your cooperation during this much needed work is appreciated. Lengthy delays in both of these areas can be expected, we encourage you to find alternate routes if possible.

If you have any questions you may contact the Public Works department at 541-488-5587.
