    1. New Business
      1. CEAP Plan Review
        1. Ashland’s Climate Energy Action Plan (CEAP) includes Firewise and Forest Restoration. The Forest Lands Commission made a presentation to the Mayor, Stef Seffinger and the City Administrator about goals and actions pertaining to forestry.  The City is hiring a staff person to manage and implement the CEAP Plan. Council has decided to dedicate an Ad Hoc committee to work with this staff person. This commission may have a liaison going to these meetings. There will be recommendations in the community fire plan that includes information about the CEAP.  Place this on the agenda for September for a long agenda item.
      2. Firewise Presentation to Southern Oregon Landscaping Association
      3. CPAW
        1. Ashland was discouraged from applying for CPAW again since we received funding assistance last year.

Stef: Working on the ADHOC CEAP position. Get the 64 actions of the CEAP plan and relate them to the specific commissions; creating benchmarks, costs and priorities.
