APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  Historic Commission regular meeting of July 5, 2017

OWNER/APPLICANT:  Bonnie Rinaldi/Carlos Delgado
DESCRIPTION:   A request for Site Design Review approval to construct an accessory residential unit within the second story of the garage/shop building at the rear of the property adjacent to the alley.  The application includes the addition of a dormer on the east side of the building (facing Sixth St.) to provide additional floor space for the accessory residential unit. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION:  Low Density Multi-Family Residential; ZONING: R-2; ASSESSOR’S MAP #: 391E 09AB; TAX LOT: 7000
