APPLICANT:                      Oregon Shakespeare Festival
DESCRIPTION:                 A request for Site Review approval to allow renovation of the existing OSF Scene Production Facility, a historic contributing building at 30 South First Street, into a Rehearsal Center.   Also included is a request for a Tree Removal Permit to allow the removal of eight trees over six-inches in diameter-at-breast-height (d.b.h.) COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION: Downtown Commercial; ZONING: C-1-D; ASSESSOR’S MAP: 39 1E 09BD; TAX LOTS: 5200
