Ashland Parks and Recreation Request for Proposal Ice Rink Tent Structure Set up Ashland Rotary Centennial Ice Rink Proposals are due by 2:00:00 PM (PST), Wednesday, August 7, 2019
The City of Ashland, by and through its Parks and Recreation Commission, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to bid on Ashland Rotary Centennial Ice Rink tent structure set up, storage and removal for Ashland Parks & Recreation Commission (APRC) FY 20 and FY 21 seasons.
The contractor shall provide labor, materials, tools and equipment to set up a tent structure to cover an 80’w x 120’l x 29’h seasonal ice rink and be suitable for up to 5 months of outdoor use from Oct. through March annually.

A pre-proposal meeting and site walkthroughhas been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on July 22, 2019, at 85 Winburn Way, Ashland, OR 97520.Statements made by City representatives during the pre-proposal meeting are not binding upon the City unless confirmed by a written addendum
In accordance with AMC Section 2.50.080, competitive sealed bids may be available online, but bidders will NOT be able to submit their bids or responses online. RFP must be delivered in hard copy form to the City in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP. Individuals that obtain the solicitation materials electronically are responsible for regularly checking for subsequently issued instructions, addenda, and related materials.
