There is a lot the fire department can tell you about how to prepare for wildfire. But there's a lot you can learn from your Ashland neighbors too. Tune in to our 3 month webinar series where you will learn from the experiences of fellow Ashland residents what it takes to prepare for wildfire. Each webinar will open with stories of Ashland residents' experiences with fire that were recorded live in March 2021 at the Ashland
Library. Following these stories, Ashland Fire & Rescue's Fire Adapted Communities Coordinator, Katie Gibble, will reflect on these stories and educate listeners on what it takes to be prepared for wildfire - preparing your home and landscaping, being ready for evacuation, and protecting your home and health from smoke.
