The 2015-17 Social Service Grant process is now complete.
 
 Note: The funding cycle is two years.

Social Services grant money is funded through the General Fund.

For the 2015-2017 round the following amounts were made available for distribution.
 
2015 - $130,660
2016 - $133,275
 
Grant recipients may receive an inflationary increase on the awarded amount for the second year of the grant.
 
The City of Ashland Housing and Human Services Commission reviewed the grant requests on May 28, 2015 and put forward a recommendation for grant awards to the City Council. The City Council will held a public hearing,  June 16,  2015 and adopted the 2015-2017 Biennial Budget (which included these awards) and made the final decision on grant awards.
