APRC facilities can be rented for private events such as weddings, receptions, meetings, picnics, and family gatherings. Note: Some facilities may not be able to accommodate large events. The following facilities feature chairs and tables, some have audio-visual equipment available upon request for a small fee:

Community Center
The Community Center located at 59 Winburn Way in Lithia Park is closed for further use due to an engineer's assessment of structural integrity. No reservations will be made from this point forward.  We apologize for the inconvenience. Read details of the News Release here.  

Pioneer Hall 
Pioneer Hall is located at 73 Winburn Way in Lithia Park. The hall features two separate rooms, kitchen (only appliances such as fridge, stove/oven and sink are provided) and restrooms. Please note: The facility does not have WIFI or central air. At this time, due to staffing constraints, we can only take one reservation per day, and reservations must be made 10 days in advance of reservation date. Thank you for your understanding. After September 1, 2022, Pioneer Hall will temporarily be unavailable to rent.
