Rentals:
The City of Ashland currently rents open T-hangars, Vintage Closed T-hangars and Contemporary Closed T-hangars.

The Fixed Base Operator duties are currently performed by Skinner Aviation and these duties are specified by a contractual agreement with the City of Ashland. In part these duties consist of maintaining the hangar rental system at the Airport and managing the hangar rental waiting list. There are currently waiting lists for commercial and non-commercial hangars at the Ashland Airport. There is a $100.00 dollar fee for placement on the waiting list with $75.00 being counted towards the first months rent upon entering a hangar.

Leases: 
The City of Ashland is committed to making the Airport a viable economic entity for all users. The City is planning to expand the internal infrastructure at the Airport to make development opportunities more readily available to both commercial and private operators.

The Ashland Airport master lease template is available for download below in .pdf format below. Currently there are numerous spaces available for hangar construction with a long term lease. Currently the City provides 25 year ground leases for privately constructed hangars.
