On Tuesday January 26th, the Ashland Forest Resiliency will clear piles off the USFS 2060 Road south of Four Corners. No trails or roads will be closed however the 2060 Road south of Four Corners may see some smoke impacts. Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest crews plan to start at 9:00 am. The Ashland Forest Resiliency thanks the community for the continued patience as we remove excess fuels from the Ashland watershed to reduce the risk of catastrophic wildfire for our drinking water, community and wildlife habitats.

Potential Smoke Impact 

• The USFS 2060 Road south of Four Corners may have some smoke. Please avoid this area in the morning if you are sensitive to smoke.
• Smoke could be visible from parts of Ashland and from Interstate 5.
• This is a high elevation burn with minimal smoke expected in town. 
• Find health precautions for smoke on Smokewise Ashland.
