As we understand the changes that our local organizations have had to make in light of COVID-19, the City of Ashland will be moving the online application submission deadline from Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. to Monday, May 4, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. for the FY2020-2021 Economic Development, Cultural, Tourism and Sustainability Grants.

All other details including those previously stated about eligibility requirements and request minimums will remain the same. 

Additionally, as this is a new application format for applicants, please contact us ahead of the new deadline with any questions or issues, as there will be no exceptions to the deadline.  No paper copy applications will be accepted. Please be sure to carefully review the application and be as specific and complete as possible as you complete the application.  All applications must be complete when submitted through the portal and additional documents must have been submitted via email or paper copy delivery and have met the submittal deadline to be considered. No exceptions will be considered.
 
Also, for organizations that are applying, moving this deadline will still  allow for your organization to receive funds if awarded at the beginning of the next City’s fiscal year, as has been traditional in years past. 
 
The Committee reviewing these applications will be meeting in May at a to be determined time.  Information regarding this meeting will be mailed to applicants after the applications are received.
