Unfinished Biz
Council directed Staff to investigate the total realistic solar potential, both rooftop and ground base arrays, battery storage requirements, operations and maintenance, life cycle and associated cost estimates for the 7.5 MGD Water Treatment Plant site, and to develop potential strategies and cost estimates in development of the 60 percent design phase to move the new 7.5 MGD Water Treatment Plant design from Envision Silver to Envision Platinum with the primary focus being electrical energy conservation and renewable energy production.
