The City of Ashland’s Budget Document is now active online. The Administrative Services Department implemented a new web based tool to increase the understandability of the City’s financial transactions. The OpenGov site provides real time access to the City’s financial transactions in a graphically user friendly manner. The site allows for summary information all the way down to line item details. The City has accomplished many initiatives over 2019 and 2020 and plans to accomplish even more in the 2020-2021 biennium. Overall, the City has maintained adherence to the adopted budget and appropriations and has experienced improved revenue collections.
