In September 2020, Ashland began a partnership with Service Line Warranties of America, a leading home service repair plan provider. Through the partnership, Ashland residents have the option to sign up for service plans to protect against the high cost of emergency repairs to their exterior water and sewer service lines, as well as interior plumbing and drainage systems, on their properties.
 
Since the partnership began, over 800 Ashland residents have signed up for an optional SLWA service plan, with man signing up for multiple plans. Residents have saved almost $15,000 in repair expenses completed with the help of qualified local contractors since the program began.

Ashland residents will be receiving a mailer SLWA soon. If you would like to sign up for their service, you may contact them at the phone number above or follow the instructions included on the mailer. This is an optional service offered directly through them, not the City of Ashland. If you wish to opt-out of future mailings you may also contact that phone number.
