Thursday, February 21st - Pile Burn Planned off Wagner Creek Road

UPDATE:  Due to weather conditions, crews were unable to complete today's pile burn.

Ashland Forest Resiliency Partners will conduct a controlled burn off Wagner Creek Road between Ashland and Talent. We do not anticipate any road or trail impacts from this burn. Smoke may be visible from Highway 99 and Interstate-5.

Thank you for your patience as we complete controlled burns to increase fire safety for our community. The Ashland Forest Resiliency Stewardship Project (AFR) is a collaborative forest restoration project that reduces the risk of severe wildfire across public and private land in and around the Ashland Watershed by thinning overcrowded forests and conducting controlled burns.
