SHOP WITH A COP 2017

Saturday, December 16th at 8am

Officers from the Ashland Police Department will be dashing down the aisles of Wal-Mart this Saturday with an energetic group of Ashland kids.  APD Officers will volunteer their time to take 15 underprivileged children holiday shopping and anticipate spending over $1500.  The purpose of the event is to give the kids a happier holiday season and an opportunity to interact with law enforcement officers in a positive setting.

Ashland Police Officers have participated in the Shop with a Cop project since 2010.  This year APD received a generous $1000 donation from the Lithia Springs Rotary Club of Ashland.  The additional money came directly from the officers.
Special thanks to St. Vincent de Paul for introducing this wonderful group of kids to the police department.

The event will take place at the south Medford Wal-Mart located at 1360 Center Drive.
