6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Emergency Shelter/Clay Street Neighborhood Open House The open house is for the neighborhoods near the City acquired property at 2200 Ashland Street for an emergency homeless and severe weather shelter to hear about the project and provide input to the City Council and City staff on its implementation. No action items will be taken up or voted on by the City Council during the neighborhood open house.
Neighborhood Table Talks on Shelter Implementation Questions/Comments
Individual Roundtable discussions with the Mayor, City Councilors and senior City staff
Posting of neighborhood comments & suggestions on shelter implementation
Closing comments, Next Steps and Adjournment of Open House
