Absent: None
CALL TO ORDER
Chair Landt called the meeting to order at 10:50 a.m. at the North Mountain Park Nature Center, 620 N. Mountain Avenue
NEW BUSINESS
MOTION Commissioner Landt proposed the Commission accept the five-point proposal related to the real estate transaction discussed in Executive Session [Real Property per ORS 192660 (i) (e)]. Commissioner MacGraw seconded.
The vote was: 5 yes - 0 no
ADJOURNMENT – By consensus, with no further business, Chair Landt adjourned the meeting.
