Theater Corridor Submission Review
Seltzer compiled the scores for each of the submissions selected by the PAC on October 21 to move forward in the process and individually scored by PAC members. 
 
The PAC reviewed the compiled score sheet, re-reviewed the artist submission and viewed the website for each submission.
 
After careful review and discussion of those submissions the PAC identified the submissions that most closely matched the expectations of the RFQ.
 
The third round review will consist of phone interviews with each of the remaining artists. The group discussed questions that should be asked.  Block-Brown will fine tune the questions discussed and provide a draft to the PAC.  Barring any changes to the draft Bussell will send an email with the questions attached to each artist informing them they are moving forward in the process.  The email will provide three possible dates (the next PAC scheduled special and regular meetings) and time slots of one half hour for each phone interview and each artist is asked to respond to the date and time that is most convenient.  Bussell will inform the PAC on the responses.
 
Merchant will send emails to all the other artists informing them they will not be moving forward in the process and thanking them for their interest and acknowledge their investment of time into the RFQ process.
