Parking enforcement is operated by Diamond Parking, a private company contracted by the City of Ashland to enforce parking laws.

Payment required within 10 calendar days of violation issue date.

***Payments are not accepted at the Municipal Court***

Check/Cash Payments are accepted in the following locations
Police Department - Yellow Drop box or Police Dept front counter (cash accepted)
City HallYellow Dropbox located on a pole on the Plaza side of City Hall - 20 E. Main or Utility Billing front counter (cash accepted).

Parking Ticket Option #2Appeal the citation:

1) CLICK HERE to Submit an online appeal
2) Submit a letter, within 10 calendar days, explaining why you are appealing the ticket.
  • Include your name, address and phone number along with the payment for the ticket.

The Ashland Municipal Judge reviews all appeals. If the charge is dismissed, the check is returned to the sender. The appeal process usually takes up to four weeks.
