Applicants requesting to hold special events or outdoor activities in Park areas, including Lithia Park, must complete a APRC Special Event/Outdoor Activity Application.* ($25 application fee) If your event occurs exclusively on Park property, with no street closures, a City Special Event Permit is probably not required (more information below).
Before completing the online application, please keep the following in mind:
Fees and Charges for Special Event/Outdoor Activity; such as application fee, security deposit, booth fee, etc
If you will be requesting to have booths in Lithia Park, view the Butler Memorial Site Plan (booths are allowed in the parking area of the bandshell and one side of Winburn Way)
Complete the APRC Special Event/Outdoor Activity Application. *This form is for Special Events that are open to the public and must be approved by our Volunteer & Event Coordinator, Sulaiman Shelton. Please note: A City of Ashland Special Event Permit is required for planned activities (races, parades, festivals, demonstrations, film and video, etc.) that occur on City of Ashland streets, parks, sidewalks or other public grounds.
