Think Water Safety Youth Education Program

Starting in July of 2020, Ashland Parks and Recreation staff will be offering a free program on water safety for youth day camp providers, child care centers, and youth education organizations.

Staff will present youth appropriate education activities and presentations to teach foundational skills that will keep them safe in water environments. Topics will include back yard pool safety, waterfront safety at lakes, rivers and beaches, boating safety, life jacket use, and much more! Each participant will also receive a free goodie bag with fun toys, activity books, and information to share at home.

If you are interested in scheduling a presentation at your facility please contact Lonny Flora at 541-552-2250,
