Engage Ashland is a community outreach program geared at creating a dialog between residents and the City. Councilors and staff go door to door to selected neighborhoods to encourage residents to take a survey. The survey includes broad based questions covering City services provided, issues facing the community, and City communication platforms. Postcards are sent to houses before the visit, so you know if you will be visited. This program was modeled after the City of Medford's Operation C.A.R.E.
