The Ashland Police Dept registers sex offenders for the State of Oregon. Sex offenders are required to register with an Oregon law enforcement agency or their supervising authority for various reasons, such as a change of residence, birthday, release from jail, moving to or from another state, etc. However, the Ashland Police Dept. does not maintain registrant files. These are maintained by OSP.
