VIEWING ONLY:   MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO  3:30 PM  

SATURDAY VIEWING (Test Drive/Maint Records/Mechanic/Questions):   9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 22, 2018
 
A bid must be submitted on an official BID FORM.  *ONE ITEM* per bid form.  Bid form(s) are to be placed in a sealed envelope, marked “SEALED BID”, and received at the City of Ashland, Service Center/Purchasing Office, 90 N. Mountain Avenue, Ashland, Oregon 97520, prior to the bid opening at 10:00:00 AM (PST), Tuesday, September 25, 2018.  

Bids that are not submitted on an official bid form will NOT be considered.  Late, faxed, or emailed bids will NOT be considered.

Vehicles and equipment will be sold as is and no warranties shall be given. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City. 
 
Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00:00 AM (PST), Tuesday, September 25, 2018.
