November 15, 2023**

Jurors are to report no later than 8:30 AM for juror selections at the Ashland Municipal Court located at 1175 E Main St Ashland, OR 97520. To expedite the juror check in process please bring your juror summons each day you are to report for jury duty.

Protective face coverings are not required, however, jurors are permitted to wear face coverings if they chooses, except for limited circumstances. Face masks are available upon request.

Failure to report may result in a finding of contempt of court.

Request to be excused:
The Court encourages your participation as a juror because it is an important civic duty. If you feel that you absolutely cannot serve as a juror, your request to be excused must be made in writing and should set forth your reasons. You will be advised of the Courtís decision on your request. If you are 70 years of age or older, you may request to be excused. If you do not submit a written request to be excused, you may be called to serve on a panel.  Only the Judge can excuse your service.
