Your License may be suspended for one of the following reasons:
Failure to Appear: Failure to appear for any traffic citation can result in court action against your driver's license. Additional fees will be assessed. To clear the suspension, you must enter a plea.
Failure to Comply: Failure to comply with a court order may have resulted in suspension action against your driver's license. Additional fees will be assessed. To clear the suspension, you must pay your balance in full in person, by phone or mail. Online payments are not accepted.
MIP: Failure to appear for an MIP can result in action against your driver's license. Additional fees will be assessed. To clear the suspension you are required to appear before the Judge.

Contact the Court for more information***Driving Uninsured Conviction: If you have been convicted of Driving Uninsured, the Oregon DMV will require you to file an SR22. If you fail to file your SR22, the DMV will suspend your driving privileges. For more information regarding filing an SR22, the status of your driving privileges and to clear suspensions contact the Oregon DMV. Do not contact the Court.***The Oregon DMV may require you to pay additional reinstatement fees.
