Judge Pam Turner has designated the Clerks of the Court as Violations Clerks. A Clerk may accept written appearances, requests or waivers of trials, pleas of no contest, payments of fines, bails and assessments for all violations that are subject to the authority of the Clerk. These enumerated powers are not the exclusive powers of a Clerk; a Clerk has all powers necessary or convenient to conduct the business of the Violations Bureau consistent with the terms and purpose of this order.
