Dismissible Traffic Violations

The Ashland Municipal Court will dismiss* the following violations upon proof of correction on or before the scheduled appearance date:

  • Cracked Windshield
  • Defective Vehicle Equipment:  Brakes, Lights, Turn Signals.
  • Driving Uninsured (must provide proof of insurance for the date & time of violation)
  • Fail to Carry Proof of Insurance (must provide proof of insurance for the date & time of violation)
  • Fail to Carry Registration
  • Fail to Change Address on Vehicle Registration
  • Failure to Display License Plates
  • Fail to Notify DMV of address or name change
  • Fail to Register Vehicle
  • Fail to Transfer Title/Registration
  • Illegal Alteration or Display of Plates
  • Operation Without Proper Exhaust System
  • Operation Vehicle without Driving Privileges
  • Studded Tires
  • Tinted Window
  • Visible Emissions Limits
