Dismissible Traffic Violations

The Ashland Municipal Court will dismiss* the following violations upon proof of correction on or before the scheduled appearance date:

Cracked Windshield
Defective Vehicle Equipment: Brakes, Lights, Turn Signals.
Driving Uninsured (must provide proof of insurance for the date & time of violation)
Fail to Carry Proof of Insurance (must provide proof of insurance for the date & time of violation)
Fail to Carry Registration
Fail to Change Address on Vehicle Registration
Failure to Display License Plates
Fail to Notify DMV of address or name change
Fail to Register Vehicle
Fail to Transfer Title/Registration
Illegal Alteration or Display of Plates
Operation Without Proper Exhaust System
Operation Vehicle without Driving Privileges
Studded Tires
Tinted Window
Visible Emissions Limits
