Housing Production Strategy Virtual Open House on October 19, 2022
The City of Ashland is in the process of developing a Housing Production Strategy to address unmet housing needs and increase housing affordability for people currently living in the City and future population. The strategy document considers unmet housing need by income level, focusing on lower-income households and need by specific populations such as People of Color, people with disabilities, seniors, and people experiencing homelessness. The strategy document currently proposes 14 actions to better address unmet needs.
We’d like to hear your thoughts about your housing needs and priorities to help inform these documents. Please join us for a virtual Open House event on October 19, from 5:30-7 p.m. where we’ll share some of the information learned so far and provide an opportunity to hear your thoughts around the actions that the City is considering.
