The City of Ashland’s goal remains focused on reducing and preventing the transmission of COVID-19 among its employees and community members. It is important that we maintain a healthy work environment in City operations for our staff and the visiting public. We continue to monitor the health of City operations and take appropriate action when we believe necessary.
Effective June 7, 2022, due to a reduction in available staff from COVID-19 exposure, Utility Billing will be closed to walk-in visitors.
Payments may be made over the phone and on-line (see below). Cash payments will be accepted only through utility payment kiosks or by appointment.

• City Hall & Plaza drop boxes: City Hall, 20 E. Main St. and City Plaza across from City Hall
• Albertsons, 2301 Ashland St.
• Municipal Court Breezeway Kiosk: 1175 Main St.
