South End of Town outage

2:17 Update
As of 2:14pm all service should be restored.

1:39pm Update
Pacific Power crews have begun switching procedures, restoration is expected by 2pm.

Pacific Power switch crews are in route, and we are hoping the power with be back up within
the hour.

We apologize if you are not able to get through the phone lines, we are experiencing a very high call volume.

The crews are working to restore service as quickly as possible.

A transformer owned by Pacific Power, in the Oak Knoll sub-station, failed and caused the outage. Pacific Power crews are working on switching orders to shift the load to the other transformer. I will update when we have an estimated time for restoration.

We have a large area on the south end of town out of power. Crews are in route, no cause or estimated restoration time are known currently. Will update as information becomes available.
