Emergency Severe Weather Shelter Opening Monday April 11th

The City Manager has authorized the opening of an emergency severe weather shelter for the nights of Monday, April 11th through the morning of Sunday, April 17th.  The shelter will be located at Pioneer Hall, 73 Winburn Way, Ashland. 

Pioneer Hall will be open at 6:00 PM today, April 11th.  The doors will close for the night at 9:00 PM with lights out at 10:00 PM, the shelter will close on Sunday at 10:00 AM.  The shelter will close daily for approx. two hours for cleaning between the hours of 9 AM and 1 PM.  This will be a no-frills shelter, Individuals should plan on providing their own bedding.  Social distancing will be observed and masks will be provided on site for those wishing to utilize them.
