The City of Ashland has always valued its relationship with the business community, and we are pleased to announce some changes to our Transient Occupancy Tax Administration process designed to streamline the process for remitting fees to the City.
The State of Oregon, Department of Revenue will begin processing the City’s Transient Occupancy Tax soon and the City will notify providers once a firm date is established. During this transition, we have disabled our web portal option for return processing and payments. A blank return form can be found at the city’s website www.ashland.or.us/tot and submitted to us via email at utilitybilling@ashland.or.us. Payments can be made over the phone with a Visa or MasterCard or by check or cash. We apologize for the inconvenience during this transition.
