The City of Ashland has always valued its relationship with the business community, and we are pleased to announce some changes to our Business Registration and Food and Beverage Tax Administration process designed to streamline the process for remitting fees to the City.
The City has recently contracted with the HdL Companies to provide processing of Business Registrations as well as Food and Beverage reporting and tax remittance.
Your Food and Beverage Return and Tax Remittance can now be submitted via mail, email, or online. To apply for a Business Registration, please visit https://ashlandor.hdlgov.com

Filing Food and Beverage Tax Online
To file online, please visit the website https://ashlandor.hdlgov.com and select the “Start Now” button to begin. At the main menu select “File your Return” to remit and Pay. Please contact HdL for your account number and PIN. Payments can be made by electronic check or by credit card.
