Due to limited staffing levels, our Utility Billing office at 20 E. Main Street will be closed Monday, August 9 until further notice to walk in appointments.
Utility Billing staff will still be available to assist residents by phone at (541) 488-6004 and via email at
utilitybilling@ashland.or.us. There are also payment drop boxes are located at the Plaza, Ashland Police Department parking lot, SOU Stevenson Union, and the Albertson’s grocery store.
The Community Development building (including Public Works) will also be closed to the public starting Wednesday, August 18 until further notice. This is due to increasing COVID-19 cases in the region.
