Special Presentations
The Fiscal Year 2020 Single Audit or Report on Federal Programs was presented and approved by Council.  For more information click here.

Council approved Continuing the COVID-19 Emergency Declaration until July 6th. For more information click here.

City Manager Adam Hanks presented Council with the City Manager's Report.  For more information click here. 

Consent
Council moved Item 1. - Appointments to the Social Equity and Racial Justice Commission to the first meeting in June in order to give Council more time to review applications.  

Council appointed Dale Shostrom to the Historic Commission.  For more information click here.

Staff directed Staff to look into more options regarding the Community Center and Pioneer Hall.  For more information click here.

Council approved the surplus and disposal of 2.57 acres of land, known as parcel 391E11C lot 2504, and its subsequent removal from the Open Space Parks Program. And, approved the purchase of 5.5 acres of land, known as parcel 391E11CB Lot 200, conditioned upon the
successful sale and close of Lot 2504, and the addition of Lot 200 to the rolls of the Open Space Park Program. For more information click here. 

Council approved the award of a Professional Services Contract: Dam Safety Improvement Project Final Engineering.  For more information click here.

Council approved a Capital Improvements Reimbursement Resolution.  For more information click here. 

Council approved first reading of an Ordinance titled, “An Ordinance amending chapter 15.04, Buildings and Construction, of the Ashland Municipal Code to acknowledge current versions of State building codes, and to locally adopt by Ordinance construction standards for wildfire hazard mitigation set forth in section 327.4 of the Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC)".
